Body Wisdom Workshop!

Join Melissa Fine and Chrissy Kohut for this breakthrough opportunity! This workshop will allow you to dig in to your relationship with your body, uncover some underlying beliefs and embrace the beautiful self you are! Both Chrissy and Melissa have worked hard on their own body image and self appreciation as they have moved from young women, to new moms, mid-life, and now post-menopausal hotties! They are here to share their insight, tools and wisdom to allow you to recreate your relationship with self. This event will include gentle movement, facillitator led discussions, journaling exercises, community building and a light snack. All supplies will be provided, wear comfortable clothes and bring your open heart and a dash of vulnerability! We can't wait to work with you!
